Instructions: The following questions ask about how you feel about working together in a group. Please read each question carefully, and then mark the box that best describes how much of the time you have felt this way in the past month (30 days). There are no right or wrong answers, so please be as honest as you can.

When I am with a group of people who are talking about a topic I feel strongly about, how likely am I to express my opinion?

I like to share my feelings with others.
